FAQs • How do I pay for the vehicle?   At the airport you can pay at our counter on pre-paid basis before start of the journey by cash or credit card. After you have availed of the service payment can be made only by cash. • Can I reserve a specific model of car?   We always note your preference while you book a car and make every effort to meet your preference. However, it is sometimes difficult to guarantee a particular model. In case you do not get your preferred choice, you will receive a car within the same car category. • Who pays for the cost of fuel?   The cost of fuel/oil is included in the total bill amount paid by the guest. • What extra charges do I need to pay?   You need to pay toll tax, parking charges and waiting charges apart from the total bill. • What if I take the vehicle out of the state limits?   Radio Cabs are not permitted to travel outside city limits. You can use our cabs for anywhere in Delhi & NCR. • How much deposit do I have to leave to hire a car?   No deposit is required. You need to pay once you have used the cab after reaching the desired destination. • Is there any option of unlimited mileage?   You are billed for the total number of Kms of travel. • What is the shortest time in which I can book a car before I travel?   Radio Cab bookings can be made 30 minutes prior to travel. • If a car doesn’t reach a pickup point or is late, what do I do?   We ensure that the car reaches your pickup point before time. Our chauffeur calls the guest ten minutes before reaching the pick up point. Will I be charged?   Yes, the Chauffeur would wait for you in case of flight delay. However waiting charges would be applicable
