The customer agrees to pay the easycabs fare as displayed in the meter/billed by the driver, parking charges and toll tax, additional night surcharge (where applicable) and any fee or levy presently payable as per the law of the land. |

Easycabs is entitled to alter/terminate the booking at any given time without giving any reason or prior notice to the Customer. |

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services – due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons an amount of Rs. 100/- would be levied as cancellation fee within 1 hour from the time of reporting. |

Easycabs requests all its customers to take full responsibility of his/her belongings. In case of any lost items inside the vehicle during the journey, Easycabs will try its best to locate the goods but will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the same. Incase the goods have been retrieved, the customer will pay for the cabfare for the address to which the item is to be delivered. |

All the calls made to our call centre are recorded by us for quality and training purposes. |

The Customer agrees and accecpts that the use of the services offered by Easycabs is at the sole risk of the Customer and that Easycabs disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Without prejudice to the above, Easycabs disclaims that:
a. the service will meet your requirements;
b. the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
c. Easycabs will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage arising due to the error in the services offered hence no claims whatsoever shall be considered for compensation. |

Easycabs has the right to use the customer contact information for our own marketing purposes. |

The insurance policy is limited to covering the passengers traveling in easycabs via ‘Personal Insurance’ in case of injury or death and the claim has to be settled with insurance company directly as per rules and regulations applicable from time to time. Easycabs has no liability for the same whatsoever. |

Payment can be made only in Indian Currency. |

Please note that if there are any Hike in Taxes, fuel cost - by Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra. |

Charges are Rs. 15 per kilometer from your pickup point till drop point. |

Waiting charges shall start after 15 Mins of pickup time. |

Night Charges should be applicable after 11:00 PM in night to 5:00 AM in Morning. |

DND & Toll Tax Should be paid by guest. |
